We have received news from our Distributors that there have unfortunately been some shipping delays with some items from the Prismatic Evolutions product line.

Orders that contain only Elite Trainer Boxes will ship from 15th January to arrive in time for the original release date. All other orders will ship once all items on the order become available as per pre-order policy.
In the past customers have requested to pay an additional shipping fee to prevent their order being delayed while awaiting a delayed item. If your order contains Elite Trainer Boxes and other items and you would like your Elite Trainer Boxes to ship immediately you are welcome to purchase pre-order split shipping to facilitate this.
We understand that this is frustrating, and may be disappointing, but it is unfortunately outside of our control. Any customers that wish to amend/cancel their orders please contact us and this will be processed for you within 24 hours of receipt.
