A message regarding Destined Rivals

Following the absolutely insane demand for recent Pokémon releases and the difficulties that we (and every other small retailer!) have faced with stock allocations and/or delays for Prismatic Evolutions and Journey Together, we have taken the difficult decision to not offer Destined Rivals Booster Boxes and Elite Trainer Boxes for pre-order.

Instead, we will be prioritising offering these products directly to loyal, long-standing customers – particularly those whose orders may have been affected by Journey Together allocations. We will be contacting these selected customers in the coming days.

We will similarly be offering our allocation of Prismatic Evolutions Super Premium Collections (once confirmed) directly to customers.

Not only does this help us to in some way reward our loyal customers, it also helps prevent bot purchases and scalpers getting their hands on our precious stock!

Hopefully we have your understanding and support in this matter. We would also like to thank everyone that’s ordered in the last few months for their continued support and patience during what has been a time filled with frustrations and many disappointments.
