Journey Together Update

We are currently fielding a huge number of email requests for stock updates on Journey Together, as well as requests for Prismatic Evolutions collections and Destined Rivals. Unfortunately, due to having an incredibly small team, this has meant that response times have been affected and we aren’t able to reply to emails as quickly as we’d like to – so this post is being made as a general update.

We have almost finished dispatching our initial stock of Journey Together Elite Trainer Boxes and Booster Boxes. If your order was fulfilled by the initial wave of stock you should have received an email containing tracking information.

We will now begin contacting customers whose orders we cannot fulfil. These customers will be offered a refund, or the option to place their pre-order on backorder to receive priority access to any future Journey Together stock we receive.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any disappointment or inconvenience if your order has not been fulfilled. Stock allocations have been incredibly unfavourable recently and we have taken action to prevent such disappointment moving forward – as you will note from our method of distributing Destined Rivals stock.
