This policy explains the Refund and Returns Policy of Card Chaser Ltd (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) for orders placed by Our Customers (“You”, “Your”).
In accordance with Your Statutory Rights and Distance Selling Regulations, should You change Your mind and wish to return Your order you have 14 days from the date You receive it to let Us know. Once confirmed and agreed, We will provide you with a Returns Number. You then have 14 days to return the order to Us. You must cover the cost of return shipping for an order You no longer want.
We recommended that You use a tracked or recorded delivery service, as in the event that an item goes missing when being returned, Card Chaser Ltd cannot be held liable, and We will not be able to issue a refund to You.
It is Your responsibility to ensure items are returned in the same condition they were received. Note that We do not accept returns for products which have a security seal where the seal has been broken. Furthermore, items which were sent factory sealed must be returned with all seals intact. We do not accept returns for any items once opened or where the factory seal has been broken.
We retain the right to refuse a return, or to make reasonable deductions from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, should the loss be as a result of handling by You.
In the unfortunate event that You receive an item damaged, an item in Your order is faulty, or a mistake has been made with Your order, please contact us and We will work with You to come up with a resolution. Please include Your name, email address, and order number.
Upon receiving Your order please inspect it as soon as possible and inform Us if any item is faulty. It is Your responsibility to inform Us of any defects in Your order. If no communication is made within 5 days of receipt, Card Chaser Ltd will deem the order to be accepted by You.
If You notify Us within the allotted time regarding a defective item You will qualify for a replacement or refund. You should contact Us for a Returns Number or Replacement Number before returning any items to Us in the same condition in which You received them.
Please contact us before sending in any returns. Returns received without a valid Returns Number or Replacement Number may not be processed. Please do not send any returns to the registered office address, any items sent to this address will not be received by Us.
