Shipping Information

How long does it take to process an order?

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days.

This does not apply to pre-orders, which naturally will be shipped 1-2 days prior to release to arrive with you on release day.

NOTE: Orders that contain pre-ordered items will not ship until all items become available. If you would like your in stock items to ship immediately, please order them separately.

Which shipping company do you use?

We send orders using Royal Mail or DHL.

How much does shipping cost?

Postage is charged at a flat rate of £3.95 for all orders under £50.
Orders for £50 and over qualify for free shipping, which will be applied automatically.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you should expect to receive your order 2 working days after the date of dispatch.

However, this isn’t a guarantee and shipping may sometimes take slightly longer, especially at busy times.

Additional Costs

We cannot be held liable for any additional costs you incur as a result of delayed or misrouted orders. You are liable for any additional VAT or customs charges that may be applied.

In the unlikely event that you incur additional charges as a result of Card Chaser Ltd underpaying for postage, or misclassifying the size of a consignment with a courier, we will re-imburse you for the full receipted cost incurred.
